Man jailed for flagrant order breaches

MAGISTRATES have jailed a man for 35 weeks after he repeatedly breached court orders.

Manchester magistrates heard how Timothy Nolan, aged 29, of Chorley New Road, Bolton, was already subject to a suspended prison sentence and a restraining order when he breached it by going to an address in Bentham Close, Farnworth, on October 19.

He admitted committing the offences and failing to comply with post-prison supervision requirements.

Nolan was told he has a “flagrant disregard” for court orders and was also ordered to pay £156 towards funding victim services plus £85 in prosecution costs.
